Hospital Direct Returns Policy

Due to the medical nature of our products and the consequent risk of contamination, Hospital Direct can only accept returned goods within seven (7) days of delivery. These products must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.

Hospital Direct Delivery (Next Day)

For goods in stock, Hospital Direct can operate a next day delivery service for confirmed orders received before 1200 hrs (mid-day). Next day deliveries will be charged £9.95

Hospital Direct Delivery

Hospital Direct deliver products to your stipulated address on the following cost basis:

• All deliveries will be charged £5.95 for a normal delivery.

Disposable/Patient Specific

Same as above. However, as part of our efforts to provide maximum value for money for your budget, Hospital Direct will endeavour to forgo the delivery charge for volume orders or where an order is linked to a significant training package by prior agreement.
